This animal health certificate is not bilaterally agreed with any third country of import and so its use is only at the exporter’s risk.

The exporter should inquire the competent veterinary authority of the relevant country of import whether the certificate is appropriate to the given export.

When the country of import requires another wording of the certificate, the exporter must use the animal health certificate drawn up on the basis of import conditions established by the competent veterinary authority of the country of import.
